Trip on Elbe river

Thank you for registration! My boat have already name - “Mula” - and 25.8.2018 I made first test on the water – Elbe river.
Because of sail, rudder and leeboard is not 100% complete until now, I took my 2.5hp Suzuki outboard motor. It was realy nice single trip on the water. On the beginning I was little affaid because of slide, but it was OK.
River was almoast without flow because of realy dry weather here in Czech Republic. I went downstream, through floodgate and then back. I meet few boats on my trip – biggest one was “Florentina” Trip was cca 28km long and it took app. 6hrs (with some brakes). Cruising speed was 6-7km/h, maximum speed 9km/h.
Iam looking forward to complete boat for sailing (LOM “Bloger 59” planed) and as well for next moto-trip – I will take my family and boat to the Prague (capital and largest city in the Czech Republic) and under Charles Bridge (construction started in 1357 B.C.) ..
