Ducking The Florida 120

I'm looking into having a regional event here in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, but I need to get all my ducks in a row before specific event information can be announced. Hoping to organize an event to similar size of our latest world championship which was at Moraine State Park.
I also would like to organize duckers to participate in Scott Widmier's Florida 120 Event.
