DIY Bimini Sailboat Shade

The reason we call them our "significant others" is because, they are SIGNIFICANT !!! So when my significant asks for something, I sure feel motivated to get-r-done and besides it is a great excuse to build something new for my puddle duck. Chrissie wants a sun shade, so this is what I made.

Simple as can be, it is just a tarp stretched with pvc pipe and suspended on my sail rig. The tarp used on the boom awning is a 5x7 Picnic Tarp from Home Depot. They were like 4.99 and come in blue and red. I got Chris a blue one for her boat.
