He used half inch blue foam from Lowes, glassed one side and put that side on the inside, then finished the boat and glassed the outside. It's really strong and really light and goes really fast, weighs only 38 lbs. He took it to the big gathering at Cedar Key and was one of the stars. Lots of guys tried it out.
