Bowline Tying Magic

My son-in-law Jayar Milligan showing his hostess how to tie a bowline one-handed, and could be done underwater. It is (to my eyes) magic and perhaps you have never seen it either. He is speaking Dutch, but you don't need to do anything but watch; it is a purely visual presentation and the words are not necessary.
